Pencil Artist of the Week: Sherrie Roberts
We have a really interesting pencil drawing for you this week — a “blind contour” drawing. Check this out for a full explanation, but a blind contour drawing is basically where the artist looks only at the subject, not at the paper, and he or she never lifts his pencil from the paper. The point is to focus the hand to become closer to the eye.
Sherrie Roberts of Quilt Knit did this drawing after watching Four Weddings on TLC. AND, she used our Palomino Blackwing! It has a “true elegant feel when drawing,” she said. “It glides across the paper.”

am an upcoming artist and you have motivated me to work more harder so as to produce some brilliant work like those .but am looking for some willing personnel who are ready to hold upcoming artist so as to uplift them.
